  • Who are the Premier Health Clinicians?
    Premier Health's clinicians consist of licensed Nurse Practitioners, Physician's Assistants and Medical Doctors.
  • How much does it cost when I am seen at the clinic or have a virtual visit?
    There are no copays, no co-insurance and no deductibles for minor and common conditions including basic preventative and wellness services.
  • Can I go to Premier Health Direct clinics for any healthcare issues?
    Premier Health Direct clinics are equipped to treat many health-related issues. However, if a higher level of care is needed you may be referred to a specialist or to the ER for medical emergencies. The patient is financially responsible for any additional cost occurred.
  • When are Premier Health clinics open?
    Our clinics are open 7 days a week including evenings and holidays. We open at 8:00AM CST.
  • Do I need an appoinment?
    No, you can walk-in or check-in online. It will expedite your experience to check-in online vs walking-in.
  • Do I get a membership I.D. card?
    Yes, you will receive a membership card from your employer. Digital copies are available upon request.
  • Can clinicians write prescriptions?
    Yes, medications can be prescribed if necessary. Also, your membership card will include a discounted prescription program. Simply present to your pharmacy at pickup.
  • Is this health insurance?
    No, this is access to healthcare services only.
  • What does it cost?
    Currently, the monthly rate is $48.00 per employee which includes spouse and/or children.
