The adjudication of prescription drug claims reporting and, if needed, billing is handled through our Third Party Administrator (“TPA”).

BCRx’s on-site, as determined, account managers work in sync with each client to maintain and exceed member satisfaction.

Even though this is an integral part of claims management, a separate division maintains these files to meet privacy requirements and file transfer needs. All information is securely stored.
